The added feature of these special edition sets is the addition of colored flip off vial caps! You can request them without caps, if you like.
Each colored vial represents a disease from the game, including the fifth purple disease from "On the Brink". These collectible accessories bring a new dimension of reality to your game. They can no longer be purchased online, from the game supplier, as they are out of stock indefinitely. Well, there's no limit here.

I wish I could say better things about these because I really want to like them and they do add an extra element to the game play. After thinking about this for a few days I have to reconcile these are disappointing and less than I expected. The liquids are uneven between the vials and there are stains around the lids. Several of these arrived with the tops not properly secured so I had to clean up the original adhesive and then reseal them. They all did arrive safely and nearly packed.
